Optical Cable Joint Box, also known as Optical Cable Splicing Closure, is where the end of the optical cable is connected. It is connected to the optical switch through fiber jumpers, preventing material aging caused by heat, cold, light, oxygen and microorganisms in nature. It also has excellent mechanical strength. The sturdy shell and main structural components of the optical cable joint box can withstand the harshest environmental changes, and at the same time play a role in flame retardancy and waterproofing, protecting against vibration, impact, optical cable stretching, twisting, etc. It is suitable for straight-through and branch connections of various structural optical cables in overhead, pipeline, direct burial and other laying methods.
Cable Ports: 1 non-cut optical cable port (suitable for diameter 10-17.5mm), 2 branch cable ports (suitable for diameter 10-17.5mm), and 8 outdoor adapters can be installed;
Capacity: Single fiber reel holds 12 cores, up to 12 fiber reels can be installed, with a maximum capacity of 144 cores;
Protection Class: IP68. Mechanical Sealing: Excellent sealing performance, re-openable;
Adapters: Capable of installing outdoor adapters;
Optical Splitters: Capable of installing micro optical splitters;
Installation Methods: Wall-mounted, pole-mounted. Screwless structure, the box adopts a flip-up design for easy use;
The fiber splicing trays with a hinge on one end allow arbitrary operation of one tray without causing damage to other trays;
